Diabetes Management Skills Class |

Every
alternate Tuesday starting from 18th March, Central
Singapore Diabetes Education and Care Centre (Blk 22,
Boon Keng Road #01-15), 9.30am - 11.30am
The
class provides self-management skills education and
supportive counselling for diabetics and their family
members. Topics include overview of diabetes, self blood
glucose monitoring, medications, dietary and label reading
and counselling for newly diagnosed diabetics. Free
blood glucose test for all participants! For enquiries,

CLAP! will present a Teochew opera titled" Wu Han
Sha Qi" performed by the Teochew Drama Association.
Presented by Central Singapore CDC and Whampoa CCMC. The
opera is a tale of imperial intrigue, of usurping traitors
and a crown prince's eventual reclaiming of his throne
with his loyal supporters. |
